    Team facilitation & workplace reset

When a whole team carries tension, another ordinary meeting may only repeat the pattern. Independent facilitation creates space to name the issues and agree how to work together.

    • A team split into sides and avoiding the real issues.
    • A board or leadership group stuck on a hard decision.
    • Unclear responsibilities and recurring friction after change.

    A practical next step

    How I help

    1. 01

      Listen and plan

We clarify the purpose, hear relevant perspectives and decide whether a group session is suitable.

    2. 02

      Design the session

The agenda and ground rules reflect the group's needs, including participation and access requirements.

    3. 03

      Hold the conversation

I guide discussion so different perspectives are heard and options can be explored without forcing agreement.

    4. 04

      Agree working practices

The group records practical actions, responsibilities and a way to review progress.

    Questions people ask

General information only, not legal advice. Your circumstances and the current rules matter.

Is this the same as a team-building day?

No. Facilitation addresses a defined issue or working relationship. It may involve difficult conversations rather than recreational activities.

Can a board or committee use this service?

Yes. A structured, impartial process can help groups clarify issues and make decisions within their own governance arrangements.

Can serious complaints be handled in a group session?

Not always. Allegations requiring fact finding, individual safety issues or confidentiality concerns may need a separate process first.

    Will everyone have to agree?

I do not force agreement. We clarify what can be agreed and what remains unresolved, with decision-making arrangements established beforehand.

    Can the group meet online?

Yes, where the format, group size and privacy arrangements support meaningful participation.

    Start with a conversation.

Thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation.
