Conflict coaching for managers
You know the conversation needs to happen, but you are not sure how to begin. One-to-one coaching helps you prepare without pretending the issue will disappear on its own.
- A manager delaying feedback or a performance conversation.
- An owner caught in a recurring argument with a colleague.
- A difficult meeting where emotions may take over.
A practical next step
How I help
- 01
Clarify what matters
We identify the issue, your concerns and the outcome you hope to work towards.
- 02
Consider the other perspective
We explore assumptions, listening and the interests that may sit beneath the disagreement.
- 03
Prepare and practise
You plan the opening, useful questions and steady responses, with rehearsal where helpful.
- 04
Reflect on the next step
We discuss follow-through and whether another process or professional support is needed.

Questions people ask
General information only, not legal advice. Your circumstances and the current rules matter.
Does the other person attend?
No. Conflict coaching is one-to-one support. A joint conversation or mediation is a separate process.
Is coaching only for managers?
No. Owners, leaders and other people facing a hard workplace conversation can also use it.
Will you tell me what decision to make?
The focus is preparation, perspective and communication. You remain responsible for decisions, with tailored advice arranged separately where needed.
Does coaching replace an investigation?
No. Coaching does not establish facts or determine allegations and cannot replace an employer's required response to a complaint or safety risk.
Can sessions be online?
Yes. Online sessions are available Australia-wide in a private setting.
